Unlike most snow removal services we want you to pick your contract type.
Per Push: Charge for each time we provide service
Monthly: Flat rate paid at the end of the month no matter how many times we provide service.
Season:Flat rate paid in two installments at a discounted rate.
We accept service requests all year.
Per push
The per push season shall commence on 11-15-11 and shall terminate on 4-15-12 . Snow plowing shall commence within a reasonable time after the accumulation of 1 1/2 to 5 inches is reached.
You will be billed every month.
Monthly
The monthly season shall commence on 11-15-11 and terminate on 3-15-12.Snow will be removed at a predetermined per push rate thereafter. Our monthly rate is based off of an average amount of snow fall from the last three seasons. For example if in your area we plowed on average 5 times per month your rate will be based off of 4 times per month. This is a discounted flat rate no matter how many times we plow your property.
The monthly rate is no doubt our customers prefered contract .Last year our customers averaged two to three free pushes for the season that they would of had to pay for with a per push contract.
You will be billed on the 15th of each month.
season
The seasonal contract shall commence on 11-15-11 and terminate on 3-15-12. Snow will be removed at a predetermined per push rate thereafter .Your season rate will be based off your monthly rate times four months then discounted 10% (before 11-15-11)
Per season accounts are paid in two installments 50% of contract price will be due on or before 11-15-11. The second installment will be due on or before 3-15-12
We are now setting up estimates for next season starting 11-15-11 All accounts must be set up before the snow falls in order to provide service in a efficiant and timely mannor.
We offer additional discounts for all multiple property accounts.
Because we only do local businesses and residential properties we can match or beat most of our legitmate competitors rates.
